I’m Kayla — a Brisbane-based wedding photographer capturing celebrations across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and destination locations.
My love for photography has always been rooted in people — their connection, their energy, and the quiet, meaningful moments that often go unnoticed. I grew up in South Australia’s Riverland, where open landscapes and soft light shaped how I see the world — and how I photograph it. Ten years ago, I moved to Brisbane, but I still find myself returning home often, drawn back to the places and people that first taught me to notice the beauty in the in-between.
When I’m not photographing love stories, you’ll usually find me at the beach — often in Bali or somewhere along the coastline — with my golden retriever, Charlotte, or dreaming up my next creative home project.
